Janitorial

Unless agreed to in writing by Landlord, Tenant shall not employ any person other than Landlord’s contractors for the purpose of cleaning and taking care of the Demised Premises. Cleaning service will not be furnished on nights when rooms are occupied after 6:30 p.m., unless, by agreement in writing, service is extended to a later hour for specifically designated rooms.
